Achieving, not just organising.

Hithabit is a productivity web platform, native in Spanish, that combines professional project management methodology with an AI coach that supports you on WhatsApp and Telegram.

The problem

Productivity apps organise. Few help you achieve.

Many people try one task app after another and drop them within a few weeks. They write things down, but make no progress on the goal they have been putting off for years. And almost every powerful tool is designed in English and for teams, not for one person with little time.

  • They get dropped

    Without support, motivation fades within a few weeks.

  • Organising ≠ achieving

    A long list doesn't tell you what to do today or why.

  • Little in Spanish

    The alternatives with AI and a professional method are in English.

Who I designed it for

Key decisions

The coach goes where you already look

No other app to install and forget. HitCoach writes on WhatsApp and Telegram: it reminds you of tasks, suggests priorities based on your profile and lets you create, edit or complete tasks from the chat. Hithabit runs 100% in the browser.

A complete plan in about 5 minutes

Guided creation asks just enough (what you want to achieve, when you start, which days and hours you have) and generates the project with goals and tasks. You can also describe it in natural language and let HitCoach build it.

Professional methodology, simplified

SMART goals, the Eisenhower matrix, the ABCDE method, a calendar and a habit tracker: six views of the same information so everyone can choose how they prioritise. Every concept is explained inside the app, with examples.

Motivation without punishment

Streaks, badges and a hall of fame to celebrate progress. Overdue tasks are marked as such, but they aren't rescheduled automatically: the person decides, without feeling judged. And a real free plan, with the full focus timers.

What I learned

Building with AI changes who can launch a product.

  • A good specification is worth more than a lot of code: AI builds better the clearer the design is.
  • The channel matters as much as the feature: taking the coach to WhatsApp did more against drop-off than any new screen.
  • Launching alone forces you to prioritise ruthlessly: fewer features, better finished.
